Who I am
I’ve been a personal trainer for over 12 years, working in boutique fitness and wellness spaces where structure, accountability, and individualized coaching matter.
At 21, I lost 80 pounds — a transformation that reshaped not only my body, but my confidence and direction in life. That experience taught me what it means to build habits from the ground up and create change that lasts.
Years later, after becoming a mother of two, I experienced another kind of transformation. My body changed. My routines shifted. I had to rebuild consistency in a new season of life. I didn’t aim to “go back” — I focused on moving forward in a way that felt strong and sustainable.
Those chapters shape how I coach today.
