Who I am
I’ve been a personal trainer and behavior change specialist for over 12 years, working in boutique fitness and wellness spaces where individualized coaching, structure, and accountability truly matter.
At 21, I lost 80 pounds — a transformation that reshaped not only my body, but my confidence and direction in life. That experience taught me what it takes to build habits from the ground up and create change that lasts.
Years later, after becoming a mother of two, I experienced a different kind of transformation. My body changed. My routines shifted. And I had to rebuild consistency in a completely new season of life.
I didn’t aim to “go back.”
I focused on moving forward in a way that felt strong and sustainable.
Those experiences shape how I coach today.
I understand starting over.
I understand rebuilding.
And I know how to create structure that fits real life — not just ideal circumstances.

As a personal trainer and behavior change specialist, I look beyond individual workouts and focus on the habits, routines, and systems that make progress sustainable.
